Thanksgiving: the time of year when family and friends get together to enjoy each other and cram our faces with loads of food. Something about the smells of fresh-out-of-the-oven turkey and Green Bean Casserole mixed with the mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce. I’m salivating just thinking about it.
And then there is the day after the feast, the day after that and then the week after that. What do you do with all of that leftover food, specifically the turkey meat? Sure you can make soups with the broth from the turkey carcass, but you can also create more exciting dishes such as Turkey Reubens and Thanksgiving Nachos.
