One of my family’s favorite weekend breakfasts is this Breakfast Pizza Recipe. Quick and fun, and a great way to incorporate veggies into breakfast!

Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Want something a little different but really easy for breakfast? You can never go wrong with pizza!! Slightly tweak it by replacing traditional tomato type sauce with some white country gravy, add some scrambled eggs, and whatever breakfast type toppings you like and wallah!! You could get as creative as you want with this one.

  • 1 Thin Style Pizza Crust ($1 at my DollarTree)
  • 1 Package White Peppered Country Gravy Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • Shredded Mozzarella and/or Monterrey Jack & Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven for whatever temperature your pizza crust package recommends. Cook gravy mix according to directions on packet.
  2. Sauce crust with cooked gravy. Partially scramble 3 eggs and add to pizza.
  3. Take whatever else you can think of for toppings (chopped ham, cut up sausage links, cooked ground sausage, green or red peppers, onions, fresh spinach, etc...) and add to top of pizza, cover with desired amount of cheese and bake according to directions on pizza crust package.
  4. I used chopped ham, a few diced onions and green peppers, and both Mozzarella and Monterrey Jack and Cheddar Cheese.
