What do you need to make delicious and quick biscuits?  Just three ingredients: our homemade Bisquick, sour cream and Sprite.  No, really.

This recipe is easily doubled if you’d like to freeze some to use later. Or you could always just whip some drop biscuits up real quick like and throw them in the oven.  These are called drop biscuits for a reason; you simply take a large spoonful of dough and literally drop it into your baking pan.  No rolling or cutting!

Great for quick biscuits at dinner, or with Slow Cooker Potato Soup or with sausage and gravy for breakfast! Annnnd, now I’m hungry.  This recipe yields approx 13 drop biscuits.

Three - Ingredient Drop Biscuits :: Homemade and Buttery!

Three Ingredient Drop Biscuits

4 C. of our Homemade Bisquick mix (or Bisquick)
8 oz Sour Cream
8 oz Sprite, Ginger Ale, or 7Up (diet is ok)

Preheat oven to 450°. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Mix until there are no lumps (it will be thick).  Put some melted butter in the bottom of the pan (or nonstick spray, but butter is always better 😉 ) Spoon large spoonfuls of dough into the pan.  Drizzle melted butter over the top.  Bake for 10-15 mins.  Check often to prevent burning.

How easy is that? Don’t these just look delicious?! Trust me, they are.
