Have you been looking for the perfect way to get the kids excited about dusting? The response to my adult size Llama Dusting Mitt has been such a success (thank you!) that I decided to whip up a child size pattern as well.

Kids Bath Mitt Crochet Pattern

This kid’s size mitt can be used as a kids bath mitt OR a kids dusting mitt. Even better, make one for each purpose and in different colors! We are using 100% cotton for these – and not much.

Because of the size of this child mitt I decided to leave the face off entirely. You could still add the ears as outlined in the adult size pattern, and if you’re only using it for play you could add safety eyes as well. If used for dusting or bathing though, I would leave them off entirely.

Do keep in mind that if used for bath purposes, you’ll want to add them to the wash frequently.
