Grilling season is HERE! 🙂 I love grilling for two reasons:
1. The food tastes amazing
2. I always make enough food for at least three meals
When we grill, we do enough food for dinner that evening and enough burgers so we can have cheeseburgers and fries for night #2 and then night #3 is typically grilled chicken wraps so I add chicken to the grill too! The next time you grill out, toss some extra chicken on and have some grilled chicken wraps in a few days!
Wanna save this for later?
What you’ll need:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken
8 tortillas
1 tomato, sliced
1 bag pre pkged lettuce OR head of lettuce
8 oz Shredded cheese, any variety
2 TBS olive oil
1 TBS Water
4 TBS McCormick Montreal Chicken (my fav) or Garlic and Herb
salad dressing – ex, ranch, thousand island, etc
If you’re using large chicken breasts, be sure to butterfly them or slice in half to cut down on cooking time. Put chicken in a plastic bag. Add in oil, water, and spice. Let marinate at least 1 hr. Grill until cooked through. Once it’s cool enough, put in the fridge.
When you’re ready to have these for dinner, simply cut chicken into strips. On a tortilla layer the grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and then top with whatever dressing you prefer! Add a dash of salt and pepper. Roll it up and chow down!
