Fresh, fun and beautiful – Fantastically Fresh Fruit Salad. I’ll use these leftovers for my breakfast…. with eggs and toast, I’ll even put a scoop on top my pancakes! Yumm-o!
This recipe will yield approx. 15 servings – perfect for a BBQ! We like to let the kids munch on fruit until the meat is ready to come off the grill. 😀
Fantastically Fresh Fruit Salad:
- 3/4 C Kiwi, diced (about 4 kiwis)
- 1 C Grapes
- 1 1/2 C Oranges, segments cut in half (about 4 cuties)
- 1 1/2 C Strawberries, diced (about 1 lb)
- 1 1/2 C Pineapple, diced (about 1 pineapple)

- 1 1/2 C Cantaloupe, diced (about 1 cantaloupe)

Simply dice or chop all fruit. Place in a serving and gently toss to combine. Serve chilled. If wanting to serve as a dessert place a small chunk of angel food cake in the bottom of a bowl. Top with fruit salad and then top with whipped cream 🙂 Oh so good! Enjoy!
*If you choose to make this in advance be sure to place each INDIVIDUAL fruit into a container or Ziploc bag. Only combine into a serving bowl when ready to serve. Otherwise all your fruit will end up tasting the same.*
