Deep cleaning the windows today? Or are you having the kids help out a little more around the house? We’re doing both. I’m more comfortable handing my kids a spray bottle filled with homemade cleaner using natural ingredients than a bottle containing 25 chemicals I can’t pronounce. You feelin’ me?!
Now, I know there are several direct sales companies that offer great products as well, but I’m going for inexpensive, and using things I already have sitting in my cabinets and in my pantry.
Vinegar: the magic ingredient. Use vinegar in your laundry as a fabric softener, use it as a cleaner, use it to spiff up your leather shoes, to unclog drains. The true Renaissance Man of your pantry.
For homemade glass cleaner all you need is vinegar, water and rubbing alcohol. Do you have dogs? We have three and you can tell just by looking at the bottom half of our windows. 😐 Kind of embarrassed to show you, but check this ish out. It works!!
