There’s something to be said about a perfectly made Bloody Mary. Whether you’re in it for the hangover cure, for the spice, or for brunch with friends, this Make-Ahead Bloody Mary recipe is simply perfection.

Not Yet Bloody Mary Mix

My husband Paul and I met behind the bar – as in we were both bartenders at the same restaurant when we met – and we both love a good Bloody Mary. After years of tweaking our recipe, adding and removing ingredients, we are finally ready to share this gem: the best Bloody Mary concentrate mix recipe ever! Yes, I am aware that it looks a little nasty. 😛 Don’t knock it till you try it!

Best Bloody Mary Mix Ever!

A few weeks ago we had friends over for a BBQ and of course we mixed them a beverage. They both agreed that it was the best Bloody Mary they’d ever had. Heck yes it is. 😉

The Best Make-Ahead Bloody Mary Mix Ever

This concentrate may look a little less than appetizing, but if you love a good Bloody Mary you have got to give it a try. My favorite part is that all you need is some tomato juice – and vodka, of course – and you’re ready to enjoy! You could always add more spice if you like them spicy.

Bloody Mary Mix Concentrate - just add tomato juice!

Not Yet Bloody Mary Mix – a Spicy Make-Ahead Mix-in

With this Not Yet Bloody Mary Mix you make it in advance as a concentrate, then set it in the fridge to let it marinate. Forget about it until you’re ready for brunch! The longer it sits (we never have any left longer than a week, so I’m going with a one-week expiration date), the more delicious it becomes!

My favorite part about this recipe is that it is ready whenever you are. Make up to a week in advance and enjoy on brunch day! The longer it marinates, the tastier it gets. I hope you love this Make-Ahead Bloody Mary mix recipe!

A lot of brands also refer to it as Quebec seasoning if you're able to find that instead, but you'd probably be fine just omitting it from the recipe.

Hi Dena! It's actually a bloody mary salt rim thing we had...but you could absolutely use pepper!
