  1. Puff paint works as a non slip if you add some dots to the bottom of the slipper. I was told to do that on infant socks when they start to walk. Just fyi
  2. Hi, would you have a suggestion on how many rows you would need part the 25 st mark in order to get basic sizes? (Small, medium, and large)
    1. Hi Meghan! I just searched Pinterest for a foot size chart and used those measurements to determine how many more rows to crochet.
  3. Love this pattern! Thank you! First time slippers have turned out for me, well at least looking like the should! :)
  4. I made a pair of these slippers recently and they are ADORABLE! The one issue I'm having is the back slipping down. So I either need to make them a row smaller or make the heel area higher. How would you suggest I go about increasing my stitches beyond 25? I hope this makes sense! Thanks!
    1. Hi Raquel! You would just need to do another increase row...so on row 18, place 2 DC's in the 1st and last stitches of the row to give you a total of 27 stitches, then continue the pattern as written. Hope this helps!
  5. When I click on "get the free pattern here" I get a link to Ravelry where it is not free. Am I missing something? Thanks!
    1. Hello, I have a friend asking me to make these for her in a wide size. How do you suggest adjusting the pattern to accommodate?

  12. I love love love this pattern! I was able to whip up a pair of slippers that fit me perfect in just a couple of hours. It was exactly what I was looking for - my poor feet are so swollen from pregnancy and it is getting so chilly, but my regular socks are too tight around the ankle. Thank you times a million!!

  17. Hello I absolutely love this pattern! I am a little confused on the sizing. I am making them for a size 9 foot so I know I have to make it an inch smaller so 8 inches but my question is...at the end of round 18 I am already at 9 inches so am I supposed to be measuring the whole slipper to get 8 inches or am I supposed to be measuring just the rows where it starts at round 14 to the heel? I hope this makes sense. Thanks!
    1. Hi Amber! Typically, a size 9 foot would be approximately 10"...so if at the the end of row 18 you're at 9", you should be fine. Hope that helps!
  18. Hi there, I was just wondering seeing how I would adjust the sizing if I wanted to use a size 3 yarn? I've made them with the #4 and they turned out great. But for summer a nice thin pair would be amazing.
  19. Thank you! I’m a beginner in crochet and I was able to follow your detailed tutorial with ease. This has to be one of the best tutorials ive watched. I’ve finished the first one and now one to the second one.

  22. You can also use Silicone on the soles of the slippers so they don't slip. It's easy to buy at any home improvement store. There are many YouTube videos on how to do it.
