I am super excited to announce that my newest cardigan design, the Bomber Cardi, is being sized down for children’s sizes! I am starting at the bottom and working my way up. This means that we are starting with the smallest size, for infants wearing 3/6 month clothing.

Bomber Cardi Kids (3/6 month)

Bomber Cardi for Kids

This cardigan is a bomber style, meaning that it is shorter than average and it runs a bit on the small side. This is all intentional. Please look at the sizing chart to determine which size your little one needs.

Bomber Cardi Sizing Guide

Note that if you would like to make this a bit smaller (for newborn), you could either go down a hook size or go down a hook size AND/OR use a thinner weight yarn. Alternatively, you could make it a bit larger but going up a hook size. This pattern uses Red Heart With Love yarn which is a soft, worsted weight, size 4 yarn.
